Dr. Hassan
A. Hammoud is an orthopedic surgeon who provides medical,
surgical and therapy treatment for orthopedic issues. After
he completed his medical degree, he got training in
orthopedic surgery at Wayne state university, Hutzel
Hospital, department of orthopedic surgery. Then in
the year2000, he was awarded a fellowship at the University
of Virginia, in Charlottesville, Virginia and got training
in total joint replacement.
In 2002,
he was appointed as visiting professor at the Medical
College of Ohio hospital, Department of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr.
Hammoud opened his private practice in 2003 to serve the
community in Dearborn and the Detroit area. Later he opened
his second office in the city of Hamtramck.
Dr. Hammoud
practices general orthopedic, and is specialized in the
treatment and repair of fractures and lacerations. He treats
all conditions and problems affecting bones, muscles,
joints, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. He provides
comprehensive exams, x-rays, casting, surgery, and treats
all problems associated with osteoarthritis through
medication, injections and physical therapy.
Dr. Hammoud
is a very caring physician, and he makes sure all his
patients get the proper treatment when they leave the
office. He is fluent in English, Arabic, French and
Russian.
His staff
are also trained to provide high quality medical care in a
